9U-19U Competitive Classic Teams No tryouts are necessary to join these teams. With these age groups we will continue to focus on the development of every player’s tactical and technical skills while nurturing their love for the game. Coed and all-girl teams participate in Central Wisconsin Soccer League (CWSL) games against other soccer clubs from North Central Wisconsin. Teams also participate in three weekend soccer tournaments. Classic players typically have 2-3 practices per week (2 during the league season) coaches and teammates count on having players committed to attending practices.

Spring Registration is typically open Nov 1- Dec 31st.

Spring registration covers CWSL play (roughly 10 league games) and 3 WYSA sanctioned tournements taking place between March and July

Fall Registration is typically open May-July.

Fall registration covers 3 Fall Tournaments, it does not include CWSL league play.

Registration Fees-Classic League

Spring 2023 Classic Teams March-July. Registrations fees cover field/facility fees, CWSL League Fees, Insurance/WYSA fee, Referee Fees, Tournament Fees and administrative expenses.

Cost

The required MCU kit includes: a white jersey, a black jersey, black team shorts, yellow socks and black socks. The kit is approximately $110.05 + tax and shipping (per player) during the Fall 2021 through Spring 2023 term. If the order is placed outside of the seasonal ordering period, the cost will increase and the order may not arrive prior to the first game/tournament for that season.

How To Order

All MCU families purchasing a uniform will receive an email from Stefans Soccer that will outline how to order the new uniform via Stefans Soccer online portal. Jerseys and shorts will be customized with a players number that is pre-assigned by the MC United uniform committee. Families can expect to receive this email in February/March for the Spring season and July/August for the Fall season.

All orders placed with Stefans Soccer will be delivered directly to the customer, we no longer have orders shipped in bulk. Please note that shipping charges may apply and all orders MUST still be placed within the 3-5 day ordering window for the order to be delivered before the start of games/tournaments for the corresponding season. If an order is placed after the ordering window ends, your player(s) may not receive their uniform in time and will not be able to participate in games or tournaments until they receive their uniform.

Player Numbers

Please note that player numbers are assigned in advance by our Uniform Committee. Because players on the same team cannot have the same number, we have initiated an assigned number system in order to ensure that players in the same age groups do not have duplicate numbers. We do not take special requests for jersey numbers and we do not allow siblings to share uniforms/jerseys.

The Sharon Belton Scholarship Fund

Under Sharon’s leadership, the amount of players that played for MC United grew substantially. As a result of Sharon’s efforts, players for MC United now enjoy winter development sessions, winter training opportunities, summer soccer camps and the ability to participate in ODP sessions closer to home. Sharon’s focus was always to provide an excellent soccer program at an affordable price and to allow every child to play regardless of finances.

A limited number of Sharon Belton Scholarships are available to those families who receive FREE or REDUCED lunch through their school district. A current copy of the free/reduced lunch letter from your child's school district is required to be uploaded during registration to apply.
